A. P22-003 – Live Oak Town Center Lot 22 – Re-plat Public Hearing – Hold a public hearing to receive public comments and discussion on a request for re-plat being a total of 15.609 acres, establishing lots 23 & 24 in the City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas. Being all of Lot 22 of Live Oak Town Center Subdivision Recorded in Volume 2001, Pages 2300-2301 of the Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas. The property is located inside the Live Oak Town Center.

Chairman Rosenbaum opened the Public Hearing at 6:02 p.m. Commissioner Umphlett read the legal description for the official record.

1. Staff Presentation – Bryce Cox provided the following:

Live Oak Town Center Lot 22 for replat requires a public hearing

The request for replat being a total of 15.609 acres to establish lots 23 & 24

The plat will create two buildable lots and will share one existing access point onto IH 35 access road

The site currently developed with a restaurant and a commercial pad site.

The City Engineer’s office has reviewed the final replat and recommends approval.

2. Applicant Presentation – Travis McCoy – Pape Dawson Engineers Inc., 2000 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78213. The applicant offered to answer any questions with no new information presented.

3. Question & Comments from Commission
Commissioners Tremblay, Woppert, Umphlett, and Kusek had no questions.

Vice Chairman Kochan required clarification on the location of the lot. Alt.

Commissioner Llamas asked for the purpose of the re-plat; Mr. Cox stated the re-plat would provide for two buildable lots and the new lot numbers would track the history of the property to prevent duplicate lot designation.
