A. P-19-002 – Trumbal Broll Townhomes Unit 1 – FINAL PLAT – Being a total of 4.897 acres, establishing Lots 1-5, Block 1 and Lots 1-5 and 901, Block 2, out of the Martin Friesenhahn 74.5 acre Tract out of the Francisco Villarreal Survey No. 309, Abstract No. 776, and being previously recorded in General Warranty Deed Volume 5912, Page 40, Official Public Records Bexar County, Texas. The parcel is situated at the North Corner of Trumbal and Old Spanish Trail intersection in Live Oak, Texas. Chairman Johnson read the legal description for the official record.

Ms. Lowder made the following presentation for P19-002 Plat Final:

Both Items on the agenda are for the proposed Trumbal Townhome project located at the intersection of Old Spanish Trail and Trumbal Road.

The project has been before the P&Z for multiple request; October for re-zoning to an R-4, February for a waiver allowing the second entrance off a private drive and easement, and March for Preliminary Plat

Unit 1 consist of 4.95 acres

Unit 1 will consist of 11 lots for a future townhome development

Both plats reflect the waiver notes as a part of the official plats

The City Engineer has reviewed Unit 1 and recommends approval for final plat

Nadia Lopez with Klein & Cope Engineering is present to answer any questions.

P-19-003 – Trumbal Broll Townhomes Unit 2 – FINAL PLAT – Being a total of 3.586 acres, establishing Lots 1-4 and 901, Block 3, and Lots 1-6, Block 4, out of the Martin Friesenhahn 74.5 Acre tract out of the Francisco Villarreal Survey No. 309, Abstract No. 776, and being previously recorded in Deed Volume 10327, Page 1950, Official Public Records, Bexar County, Texas. The parcel is situated at the North Corner of Trumbal and Old Spanish Trail intersection in Live Oak, Texas.

Mr. Wayman announced that a new Assistant City Manager has been hired and will start the first week of June. Michael Hornes comes to us from Palestine, Texas.

Ms. Lowder invited the Commission to a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Friday, April 26^th at 10:00 a.m. at Avis Used Car Dealership.
