Councilman Bob Tullgren commented that the packet and presentation was self-explanatory. He continued by stating without any reasons being cited by the opposition; he did not have any further comments for the applicant or staff.
Councilman Anthony Brooks confirmed that all properties purchased by Broll Homes would now be zoned R-4 Townhomes; Ms. Matney confirmed “yes.”
Councilman Dahl asked if the property would be platted as one large plat; Ms. Matney stated it would comprise of two plats being Unit 1 and Unit 2.
Commissioner Kochan made note that the packets included one additional public notice comment not read allowed for the official record for Ian Curtis Garcia in opposition citing that the project would cause a flooding issue onto his property; staff confirmed and read Mr. Garcia’s comment - 12826 Old Spanish Trail in “opposition due to flooding concerns."
Ms. Matney assured Commissioner Kochan and the panel that all detention and runoff calculations have been reviewed by the City’s engineer.
