• Applicant, ESE Development submitted a preliminary plat for Phase III, being 15.53 acres or 676,487 square feet tract of land out of 42.13
• The preliminary plat is for 73 lots and the property is the final phase of the Vista Ridge Subdivision Zoned R-2C
• The applicant has resolved all but one comment, which is providing documentation from the City of San Antonio regarding access from the subdivision on Micron Drive onto Weimer Way.
• The reason for the request is due to Weimer Way being in the City of San Antonio’s jurisdiction and not in the City of Live Oak
• The City’s engineers have reviewed the preliminary plat to include the comment regarding the connection of proposed Micron Drive to Weimer Way prior to final plat. He recommends approval of the preliminary plat for Vista Ridge Phase III.
