A. P21-004 – Hillside Subdivision FINAL Plat – Discussion and Possible action regarding the FINAL plat for property described as Lots 1 & 2, being a total of 4.447 acres of land out of the Francisco Villareal Survey No. 309, Abstract 776, CB 5048, Volume 6049, Page 364, of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas, within the City of Live Oak, Texas.
Chairman Rosenbaum read the caption for the official record regarding the Final Plat.
Mr. Cox provided a brief overview of the November 16, 2021 first reading, it’s compliant and staff recommendation for the final plat.
Q&A Commissioner Woppert asked about the access point for the property and in turn would there be one shared access that would split the property.
Commissioner Umphlett asked if the property was close to the Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio and in turn was told that there was an access at the frontage of IH 35.
