Chairman Hovermale opened the Public Hearing at 6:03 p.m. and read the legal description for the official record.

A. P18-003 â€“ RE-PLAT/BRENTWOOD OAKS, UNIT 4 being a total of 1.085 acres located in the City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas; and being currently identified as Lot 22, Block 3, CB 5049B, Brentwood Oaks, Unit 4 Subdivision, Recorded in Vol. 9506, Pg. 117, of the official public records of Bexar County Deed and Plat Records. This re-plat will establish new Lots 25 (.0775 acres) & 26 (0.3100 acres) of Block 3, County Block 5049B, Bexar County, Live Oak, Texas. The property is also known as 12215 Toepperwein Road, Live Oak, Texas 78233.

2. Applicant Presentation - Dr. Kenneth Gallinger, owner - 12215 Toepperwein Road, Live Oak, Texas.

Dr. Gallinger sold property in 2016.

The new owner wants to own the existing building for his practice but sell the sub-divided lot noted as Lot 26.

Commissioner Umphlett asked for clarification of the location of the existing building; Dr. Gallinger confirmed the existing building was located on the larger lot noted as Lot 25.

Vice Chairman Johnson asked for clarification on the existing driveway and which lot would own the entrance; Dr. Gallinger stated both Lot 25 & 26 would have shared access to the driveway with the new re-plat.

A. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Public Hearing Item P18-003 – BRENTWOOD OAKS, UNIT 4 Re-Plat Request establishing Lots 25 & 26, Block 3 of CB 5049B – J. Matney

Chairman Hovermale read the item description and opened up for discussion. Hearing no further discussion on the Public Hearing item called for a motion.

A. Commission
Vice Chairman Johnson asked staff for the retention period for Commissioner’s notes during open meetings; Ms. Matney stated she would have Debby Goza, City Secretary provide the retention schedule.

Alt. Commissioner Kusek asked for an update on leasing information for the Live Oak Town Center; Ms. Matney offered to answer any questions about the topic after the meeting.

Chairman Hovermale reminded everyone of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday and to honor those who have sacrificed their lives and for those currently serving.

B. Staff – 2018 APA Conference
Ms. Matney asked anyone interested in attending this year’s conference to let Ms. Lowder know via email.

Ms. Matney invited everyone to Saturday’s Memorial Day Parade starting at 10:00 a.m. and the Municipal pool will open Monday, May 28^th in honor of Memorial Day from 1-6:45 p.m.
