P18-002 IKEA-RBFCU Extension Subdivision - The property owner has submitted a request to re-plat 1.701 acres located in the City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas; and being out of the Francisco Villarreal Survey, A-776, and the Jose Maria Ocon Survey, A-864, consisting of a 0.0056 acre portion of Lot 2, Block 1, RBFCU ASC III Subdivision as recorded in Volume 9705, Page 77-78 of the Deed and Plat records of Bexar County, Texas; a 1.032 acre portion of a called 5.00 acre tract conveyed to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in Volume 16784, Page 2343 of the official public records of Bexar County, Texas and a 0.6637 acres tract, out of a called 80-foot access road as conveyed to Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union as recorded in Volume 14684, page 1798 of the official public records, Bexar County, Texas. This re-plat will establish a public right of way from N Loop 1604 E frontage Road making an access point into The Live Oak Town Center. This roadway, formally known as Randolph Brooks Parkway will be renamed as IKEA-RBFCU Parkway.

Property owner behind the 3.273 acres that does not have access to his property
QT will allow access to his property through the site which will be drafted in a separate instrument
Once the instrument has been filed with Bexar County and the re-plat is approved, staff will then file the re-platted documents with Bexar County including the Volume and page number of the separate property owner’s agreement document
The access easement will allow the owner to develop his property in the future
In lieu of voting, Vice Chairman Johnson asked Alt. Commissioner Rosenbaum to vote as a replacement of the Vice Chairman on item 7B due to being absent in January.

Commissioner Bill Umphlett made a motion to approve P18-001 QT 4047 Subdivision Re-Plat final with the stipulation that plat recordation may not occur until the access easement agreement has been signed and filed with Bexar County. The corrected plat will be filed by the City and will reflect the access easement agreement's volume and page number on the filing plat, seconded by Commissioner Rebecca Kochan.
