A. P-17-008 – RESIDENCE AT LAKEVIEW REPLAT – Being a total of 13.319 acres establishing Lots 6-9, Block 42, County Block 5048, area being re-platted are lots 1-5, Block 2, County Block 5048. A Right-of-way dedication of 0.0011 acres and establishing lots 6-9, Block 42, County Block 5048, out of the Francisco Villarreal Survey, Abstract No. 776, Situated within the City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas. The property is situated along South side of Shin Oak at the intersection of Shin Oak with Oak Terrace.
Chairman Hovermale read the legal description for the official record.
Jordan Matney provided a review of the completed processes on this 13.319 acre property previously heard by the Commission and Council reference the PUD request and now the re-plat for the multi –family. She reminded everyone that public notices were sent out to all property owners within 200 feet of the subject property and the City Engineer has reviewed the re-plat and has no objections. Some items will need to be addressed prior to final plat approval.
a. Applicant Presentation - Jesse Valdez – MBC Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors, 1035 Central Parkway North, San Antonio, Texas 78232.
- Re-plat is for the purpose of creating four lots on the development
- Three lots will provide for commercial properties
- One lots will provide for the multi-family complex
- Onsite detention will serve both the commercial and the multi-family on the corner of Oak Terrace and Palisades Drive
- Traffic Impact Analysis report (TIA) report was completed per city requirements which resulted in no street improvements being required.
- The multi-family will have two access points; one at Shin Oak Drive and the second off of Palisades Drive
- The commercial lots will share access with the Springs Market Plaza
- MBC are currently in conversations with TXDOT negotiating the shared access
Mr. Valdez answered questions or clarifications from the Commissioners.
b. Staff Presentation - Ms. Matney concluded by providing stating the final re-plat may be heard in October or due to the holiday schedule, possible as late as January.

Vice Chairman Harvey Johnson made a motion to approve both A & B of the CONSENT AGENDA as presented; seconded by Commissioner Bill Umphlett.
