1. Elizabeth Lortz - 13530 Ashmont Terrace (200 ft. property owner) – OPPOSED - Industrial zone would cause noise concern - commercial warehouse space and supply with traffic coming and going; and 30 feet tall buildings would be seen from the Town Center.
2.David Coe - 13533 Ashmont Terrace (200 ft. property) – OPPOSED – Agreed with having the buffer; asked if a fence would be required to divide the properties.
3.Nathan Lortz - 13530 Ashmont Terrace (200 ft. property owner) – OPPOSED – Concerned with greenbelt behind property-ecological impact off of Lookout Road; Traffic noise and the already noise nuisance from the Auto auction on Tuesday morning.
4.Mettu Ramakanth – 13509 Ashmont Terrace (200 ft. property owner) – OPPOSED – would like to see the greenbelt remain, mentioned the adjacent property has an ecological impact and is afraid zoning the property I-1 would create the same hazard; and concerns with traffic noise and dust from the larger vehicles, i.e. the San Antonio Auction property during auction days.
5.Gregory Galloway - 13537 Ashmont Terrace (200 ft. property owner) – OPPOSED –Traffic Noise and Building height will be visible from his two-story home; 200-500 feet buffer will not be enough to block noise, and did not feel the applicant made an effort to contact the HOA.
6.Gary Stipps - Toppling Lane – (Board of Director of Bridlewood Park HOA) - OPPOSED – Concerned with building heights and elevations that will be visible from Bridlewood Park, EPA superfund site boarding the subdivision and it can be a problem; traffic nuisance overnight, the unknown of whom will be occupying the property in the future years, and 300 foot buffer is not adequate.

- George M. & Lorraine E Houtman – 13525 Ashmont Terrace – OPPOSED – destroying the greenbelt and wildlife habitat, decreased property values; bright lights into the backyards of homes, impervious parking lots with the potential of causing flooding onto the Bridlewood properties.

- Dale & Barbara Papka – 13301 Biltmore Lakes – OPPOSED – Superfund site in the neighboring property, noise pollution
- Kathi Reddy – 13509 Ashmont Terrace – OPPOSED – the potential of causing an ecological disaster, decrease in property values, and disturbing the wildlife.
- Chelsea Clemmons – 13532 Ashmont Terrace – OPPOSED - the new detention pond may effect soils swelling in and around homes in Bridlewood causing foundation movement, and had concerns with any contaminations from the project.
- Bridlewood HOA (Celia Martinez) – 10003 NW Military Hwy – OPPOSED – concerns with the additional traffic, noise and pollution, and decreased property values

Mayor Mary M. Dennis and Councilman Tullgren asked Mr. Hornes to clarify the fencing concerns and height restrictions for B-3; Mr. Hornes answered 8 foot fencing would be required for any commercial abutting a residential area, and the height restrictions in a B-3 District is three-stories and within I-1 District has a max of six-stories.
