1. CALL TO ORDER - Board Vice President Mary M. Dennis called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

2. INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - – A moment of silence was observed and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

6. NEW BUSINESS - Ms. Lowder made the following points during the staff presentation:

Dr. Mano Valderaz, owner and proprietor of In Focus Eyecare submitted the application for parking lot improvements

The new location for In Focus Eyecare has relocated to 11465 Toepperwein Road.

The scope of work will include cleaning and prepping, tack coating, hot mix over the entire parking lot, restriping, and redo of the handicap parking decals.

Coats of Armor has been selected to complete the project

Total bid - $8,750.00 and the applicant has requested the maximum of $5,000.00

The approval for this request is under Resolution 2020-17 and staff had no objections.

Hearing no questions from the Board; Board Vice President Mary M. Dennis called for a motion for item 6A.

A. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of an application for the Visual Improvement Program (VIP) by In Focus Eyecare, Inc. for the approval authorizing a reimbursement payment directly to the Owner in accordance with the VIP requirements -D. Lowder

B. Presentation, update and discussion regarding previously approved VIP projects – D. Lowder - Ms. Lowder presented photos of the completed VIP request from previous months. No action necessary.

7. GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

A. EDC Members - City event information, upcoming ribbon cutting/grand opening dates and times, and special acknowledgements. - Board Vice President Mary Dennis reminded everyone to shop local and small during Small Business Saturday.

B. STAFF - City event information, upcoming ribbon cutting/grand opening dates and times, and special acknowledgements. - Ms. Lowder welcomed Director Clark back from her medical absence.

Ms. Clark thanked everyone for the well wishes, cards, flowers and treats that were sent.

Mr. Hornes reminded the Board reference the Consent Agenda item B which approved the cancellation of the December 29^th regular meeting of the EDC.

Mr. Hornes and Ms. Lowder wished the Board a happy Thanksgiving.
