A. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission and an Ordinance on the following:
SU-19-003 – The applicant, Radii Group, LLC, has submitted the request for a parcel being a total of 1.124 acre Tract of land, known as Avery Subdivision Lots 50, 51, & 52, Block 1, County Block 5049C, City of Live Oak, Bexar County, Texas and as described in Volume 9704, Page 45 of the Deed of Records of Bexar County, Texas. The applicant is requesting the Specific Use Permit for the construction of 11 townhomes in the zoning classification area of B-2 General Business District in the Zoning Ordinance; and permission to construct 3 stories in accordance with a B-2; and permission for lot widths to be a minimum of 22’-8”, and side yard setback (Reverse Frontage) is permitted to encroach no more than 3’ into the required 25’ setback with a rear setback of no less than 20’ provided such rear yard abuts common parcel of development. – Mr. Hornes
