7.A. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution to accept and award a bid from Abelar Inc. in the amount of $117,500; authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement to remove and replace the swimming pool liner in both the main pool and the small children pool; and further authorize the City Manager to enter a change order for additional work not to exceed 10% of the Base Bid for additional work. – M.
